Intraco has been ISO 9001 certified since 2008.

Aware of our commitment to our clients and of the current market trends and competition in the sector of international freight forwarding services for the transport of goods by sea, air and land, as well as storage, picking and dispatch logistics services, the board of Intraco S.L.U. undertakes to develop and implement a Quality Management System in our organisation based on the UNE – EN ISO 9001 standard, aimed at achieving the following objectives:

• To ensure the quality and reliability of our services.
• To provide a service that meets our clients’ requirements and needs.
• To keep in contact with clients, working together in the continuous improvement of our services.
• To instruct, engage, and involve all staff in the management and development of the implemented Quality Management System.
• To develop participatory quality management that harnesses the capabilities of the whole staff. Within the Intraco S.L.U. Quality Management System, the Board will establish the plans and resources necessary to achieve the objectives established in the Quality Policy. The Quality Manual is the document that outlines the philosophy and guidelines of the Quality Management System, and is available to all personnel who request it. Every Intraco S.L.U. employee is responsible for the compulsory compliance with the Quality Management System, and especially those in charge of the activities included in this system. This Quality Policy shall be reviewed periodically by the Board of Directors to ensure the effectiveness of the established objectives or to adapt them to possible changes affecting the system.
